Cisco CX
collaborative VR EXPERIENCE - left field labs
We created a game set in a VR world, where the user had to solve 3 puzzles with the help of a designated Cisco expert
Brief
We were approached by Left Field Labs to create a product that would perfectly showcase Cisco CX’s awesome customer support. We were to develop an interactive experience in a VR 3D world that would show the user how beneficial it is to be a Cisco client and would be suggestive of how Cisco is technologically advanced.
our approach
We created a game set in a VR world, where the user had to solve 3 puzzles with the help of a designated Cisco expert. Teamwork, skill and knowledge were the key elements to guide users to success - skills every Cisco expert already has.
Three rounds, one bonus round for really fast players. Two players, two Experts.
Round 1 - Reconstruct a series of app icons.
Round 2 - Repair a broken Cyber cube.
Round 3 - Stop Cyber attacks.
If you’re really fast in between rounds and have to wait for your opponent,
congratulations! Settle down and pop some clouds mid-air – BONUS ROUND!
HOw WE DID IT
To make the experience as personal as possible, we took the user’s picture during the registration process and ran it through AvatarSDK.com to create a 3D model of the user in the virtual world!
Two people were playing against each other and they had top of the line HTC Vive Pro headsets with an audio link directly to the Cisco experts, so they could be guided to victory. On the other end of the line, two Cisco experts - one for each user - had a custom console dashboard to see into the virtual space and guide them through the puzzles.
