Job Description
Independently create high-quality designs based on top level briefs that you receive
Create designs that are on-brand for our clients and follow a project’s creative vision & business strategy
Work collaboratively with developers, creatives, managers, and UX designers
Work on projects of varying length and complexity
Create confident prototypes
Support developers with UI implementation
Must HAve
Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
Excellent sense of imagination and creative mindset
Knowledge of design & development best practice
Proficiency in producing pixel perfect design files
Continued education and curiosity for UI & Graphic trends, current design strategy and technology
Creative ideas with advanced problem-solving skills
Experience devising solution for complex projects
Comfortable with taking feedback and using it to improve your work
Proficient with visual design programs such as the Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent ability to manage timelines and be self-directed
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Nice to HAVe
Experience/keen interest in UX
Experience with AR/VRImmersive technologies
Experience with Video Games designs
Cross-platform development experience
