KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the gaming development project team, providing guidance and support throughout the entire development process.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all game components: collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.

  • Ensure that all games are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations for gaming experiences.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.

MUST HAVE

  • At least 4 years of experience as a game producer, with a proven track record of successful VR game development.

  • Strong technical knowledge of VR game development tools and technologies, including Unity and Unreal Engine.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing budgets.

  • Ability to identify and manage risks and to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in expected project management skills, relevant software, tools including Jira, workflow, release planning, prioritisation, backlog management, project planning, resource management / planning, timelines, scheduling and gantt charts.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of current gaming trends and genres.
